Beau Parker joined Billericay from Gillingham in the summer of 2022 and was a regular starter until injuring her ACL.

Whilst recovering from surgery and working to return to full strength Beau has been working as the Assistant Manager of the Under 21 side.

​

Beau was named Team Captain for the 2024-25 season.
